Our principal, David Locke, is one of the few people who have been accredited by the Institute of Chartered Accountants as a forensic accountant specialising in high value and complex matrimonial / civil partnership cases.

Our approach is to cut through the papework, get to the point and explain financial matters in a way that people can understand, especially at a such a stressful point in their lives. We also assist in structuring settlements in order to minimise the tax take.

We are regularly instructed by specialist matrimonial lawyers, or by the Court as jointly appointed experts.

Our typical client is one party to a marriage / civil partnership where a jointly owned business is involved.
